1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern use of OnezaMall by visitors, Customers and Regional Sellers. The marketplace is operated by PT ONES INTERNATIONAL TRADERS (Jakarta, Indonesia), operating the OnezaMall marketplace. By creating an account, placing an order, applying as a Seller or continuing to use the platform, the user agrees to these Terms and the applicable linked policies.

OnezaMall operates as a live marketplace. Orders remain subject to product availability, approved-country delivery, Seller acceptance and the applicable Cash on Delivery process.

2. Marketplace role and Seller relationship

OnezaMall provides listing, approval, ordering, monitoring and communication tools. The approved Regional Seller is responsible for the product, local stock, pricing, lawful sale, delivery, COD collection, invoice/receipt, after-sales service, return handling and refund where required.

OnezaMall does not collect, hold, split or settle customer COD cash under the current Regional Seller model.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • Users must provide accurate, current information and keep credentials secure.
  • A Customer account may order only for a genuine delivery address in the selected country.
  • A Seller account remains inactive until Owner approval and may operate only in its approved country.
  • OnezaMall may suspend accounts for fraud, unlawful use, inaccurate records, policy violations, security risks or failure to cooperate with a complaint.

4. Products, prices and availability

Product information is submitted by Sellers and reviewed for platform publication, but approval is not a warranty that every statement is complete or that stock remains available. Sellers must keep product descriptions, images, stock, local currency, delivery coverage, restrictions and total charges accurate.

OnezaMall may hide or reject a product that is unsafe, illegal, misleading, counterfeit, improperly documented or prohibited by platform rules.

5. Orders and local-country restriction

  • Products may be displayed internationally, but an order is permitted only when the Customer delivery country matches the Seller’s approved country.
  • A direct COD order is transmitted to the Seller. The Seller may reject it for lawful reasons such as unavailable stock, unsupported address, suspected fraud or delivery impossibility.
  • Separate Sellers or currencies require separate orders.
  • The order timeline and stored delivery snapshot form part of the electronic record.

6. Cash on Delivery

Payment is made directly to the Regional Seller or its approved local courier at delivery. Customers must not send advance payment to an unverified person claiming to represent OnezaMall. The Seller must disclose any delivery charge before dispatch and provide an appropriate receipt or evidence of COD collection.

Additional rules are in the COD Policy.

7. Cancellations, complaints and returns

Customers should inspect the delivery when reasonably possible and submit a genuine complaint or return request promptly. The standard platform request window is seven calendar days after delivery, unless mandatory law or a product-specific written promise provides longer protection. Refunds under the current model are paid by the Seller because the Seller or courier collected the COD cash.

See the Returns & Complaints Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse accounts, manipulate visitor/order counts, submit false complaints, scrape private data, interfere with security, upload malware, impersonate another person, evade country restrictions, arrange prohibited off-platform conduct, or use OnezaMall for unlawful products or payments.

9. Responsibility and limitation

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, OnezaMall is not responsible for losses caused solely by a Seller’s product, courier delay, incorrect Customer address, Customer refusal, unlawful listing, external network failure or events beyond reasonable control. OnezaMall remains responsible for its own obligations under mandatory law.

10. Support, disputes and governing law

Users should first contact OnezaMall support and provide the order number, facts and available evidence. The parties should attempt good-faith resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, subject to any mandatory consumer law that applies in the Customer’s location and any competent dispute-resolution body.

11. Changes and contact

OnezaMall may update these Terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons. Material changes should be shown with a new version date and may require renewed acceptance.
