1. General rule
A Seller must not list, advertise, sell, arrange delivery of or request payment for any item or service that is illegal, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, restricted without approval, or inconsistent with the Seller’s licence and approved country.
2. Prohibited or tightly restricted categories
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, military weapons and prohibited self-defence weapons.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, narcotics, drug paraphernalia and unauthorized prescription medicines.
- Hazardous chemicals, poisons, radioactive materials, restricted pesticides and CBRN-related materials.
- Counterfeit, pirated, stolen, recalled, unsafe or fraudulently branded goods.
- Human remains, trafficked persons, illegal wildlife, endangered species and environmental contraband.
- Malware, spyware, stolen credentials, unauthorized surveillance tools or data obtained unlawfully.
- Terrorist/extremist merchandise, hate material or content that facilitates violence or crime.
- Sexual exploitation material, illegal adult content, or goods/services prohibited by local law.
- Unlicensed gambling, deceptive investment schemes, fake documents, financial scams or money-laundering services.
- Alcohol, nicotine/tobacco, supplements, medical devices, cosmetics, food, children’s products or other regulated goods where the Seller lacks required authorization or country support.
- Personal data, confidential records, government IDs, bank accounts, SIM cards or digital accounts sold without lawful authority.
3. Owner review and evidence
OnezaMall may require licences, invoices, certificates, safety documents, origin evidence, brand authorization, age controls or other proof. A listing may remain private or be removed while evidence is reviewed.
4. Seller responsibility
The Seller—not platform approval—remains responsible for determining legality, taxes, labelling, safety, import/export, delivery restrictions and age limits in every relevant jurisdiction.
5. Enforcement
OnezaMall may reject or remove a listing, preserve evidence, suspend the Seller, cancel affected orders, require refunds, report a matter to authorities or take other lawful action. Attempts to disguise a prohibited item are a serious violation.
