Regulatory reference framework
The current draft was structured with reference to Indonesia’s electronic-commerce, consumer, electronic-system and personal-data framework. It does not state that registration or licensing requirements have already been completed.
Launch blockers still requiring verification
- Confirm the correct Indonesian PMSE/PPMSE business model, licensing and registration obligations for OnezaMall.
- Confirm whether PSE registration or any sector-specific registration is required for the production system.
- Replace test Seller data with verified legal names, addresses, registration IDs, tax information, contacts, return addresses and courier details.
- Confirm each product category is lawful in the Seller country and destination country.
- Confirm customer-support, complaint, refund, tax, invoice and record-retention procedures.
- Review cross-border personal-data transfers and Firebase/hosting service arrangements.
